Cooking oil 75g
1. Whisk Chiffon Cake Mix, egg, and water at low speed for approximately 1 min;
2. Whisk the mixture for further 10 mins at top speed;
3. Blend in cooking oil for 1 min at low speed;
4. Deposit 500g batter into chiffon cake mould (ungreased);
5. Bake at 180°C.
