Ingredients of Pineapple Tart Premix 450gm :
Egg 2 nos, unsalted butter 250gm
1. Whisk butter and icing sugar till ight, beat eggs and add into mixture. Mix well.
2. Add in Bagus Pineapple Tart Premix and knead into soft dough.
3. Shape into desire shape, wrap with pineapple paste and brush with egg wash.
4. Bake at 170°C for 8 - 15 minutes.
